All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in eligible areas across Pakistan. Customers are expected to accept and pay for confirmed COD orders at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in future orders being declined.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Replacements

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details. We offer replacements for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items in accordance with that policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velora is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services, natural disasters, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

All website content, including logos, text, graphics, product images (unless provided by suppliers with permission), and branding, is the property of Inkopia or used with appropriate permission. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
